Description
Our Online Course on Mediation and Group Discussion is a series of five workshops designed to enhance your understanding of the mediation process and to give insights on how to moderate group discussions in a constructive and effective manner. Each workshop will dive into a specific topic, giving you the ability to learn from the experiences of our renowned speakers. The objective of the course is to give an idea of the skills that are important in the mediation process and shed light on some useful methods, tools and theories. This course connects the contributions of valuable speakers with our interactive format of discussion, used and developed in the past years by the Collective Thought Foundation.
For each meeting, the speaker will introduce the topic of the day in a 20 to 30 minutes talk followed by a Q&A where you will have the opportunity to ask questions. In the second part of the workshop, we will give all participants the floor in an open discussion to reflect on the topic introduced by the speaker. Participants will then introduce their own views and consider those of others in an interactive setting aimed at exchanging different perspectives. If you are interested in mediation and moderation, or if you would like to know more about it, make sure to join us!
